Erik Nielsen - Composition & Theory Nancy Taube - Composition & Theory Composition and music theory teacher Erik Nielsen describes his approach to composition lessons: "I work with composition students of any age and in any style. Students bring me their work, I make comments and we discuss where to go next. Listening very hard to the music to figure out 'where it wants to go' has served me and my students well for over twenty years."
