Lindsey Warren

Lindsey Warren has enjoyed teaching voice and piano to students of all ages for the past 20 years. She received a M. M. from McGill University in Montreal and a B.M. Degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC, both in Vocal Performance. She has also attended Oberlin Conservatory’s Baroque Performance Institute. Lindsey enjoys singing a variety of styles of music.

With regards to teaching, she believes that good technique and musicianship can be applied to any style of music (folk, jazz, classical, Broadway, etc) and her lessons focus on relaxation, breathing, fun and creativity.  She also enjoys helping with audition preparations, vocal rehabilitation, collaborative teaching and coaching. Her studio has a broad range of ages (currently 5 to 75!) She works with everyone from those brand new to music lessons to post-graduate professional voice students.

In addition to piano and voice lessons, Lindsey plays harpsichord and sings with of Green Mtn. Monteverdi Ensemble of VT and Atlantis Baroque both in VT and abroad.
